*Decent pay, remote work for many departments, good benefits *Hard to get fired - which is also a con equally you volition come across *Remote piece of work! Remoet!

-Hard to get fired. People stay on far longer than they are any use whatever. -Visitor now ran by Venture Capitalists, previously privately held. Atmosphere has shifted to a far more corporate experience and does not experience "personal" whatsoever longer. -Pay is non increasing to match inflation, resulting in net loss of pay twelvemonth to year.

Stay at home job was good.

I told them as soon every bit they hired me that a few months from now I would need a calendar week off due to my oldest daughter graduating from boot campsite in another country and the same week my son graduating from high schoolhouse. I was told by the management team that people already had those days off and that I could only try to phone call out and see if I still have points to have a task later I got back. I literally had to pay an extremely high amount of money( because their medical benefits are crap) to see a doctor to get family unit get out so I would non miss my kids accomplishments that I planned for months before.
